Supreme Greenville Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor serving Greenville, NC and surrounding communities in eastern North Carolina. Our services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, foundation block wall installation, outdoor kitchen masonry, walkway construction, brick wall installation, stone masonry, and brick pointing.
All work is performed by our team or qualified subcontractors under our supervision. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Supreme Greenville Concrete & Masonry are based on a visual inspection of the work site and the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not final quotes. The actual cost of work may differ from an estimate if:
We will notify you promptly if we expect the final cost to exceed the estimate and will not proceed with additional work without your authorization.
Appointment times are scheduled based on availability and may be affected by weather, permitting delays, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs. We reserve the right to charge for reasonable costs incurred as a result of a last-minute cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures, at our sole discretion and without penalty.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to the start of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
If you dispute any portion of an invoice, please notify us in writing within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the dispute. Undisputed amounts remain due by the payment deadline.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
